“I am sent here to perfect the virtues of morals" - Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

" Good character is half of faith" - Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

When asked what was most excellent in a human being, he answered,

“A friendly disposition." - Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“The Sufi is the one who keeps the obligations that Allah has conveyed by the Holy Prophet, and strives to raise himself to the state of Perfected Character, which is the Knowledge of Allah, Almighty, and Exalted.” - Sheikh Nazim Al Haqqani

"The ones most loved by me and closest in my council in the day of resurrection are the ones best in Virtuous Character" - Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

"A believer with his/her good character can reach the rank of someone fasting" - Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“A parent can give a child no greater gift than good manners.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“There is no believing servant but that he has a sin he habitually commits from time to time, or a sin abiding over him that he does not abandon until he departs the world. Verily, the believer was created to be tested, repenting and forgetful. If he is reminded, he will remember.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

Abu Bakr reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “No man commits a sin, then purifies himself in ablution, then prays, and then asks Allah for forgiveness, but that Allah will forgive him.” Then, the Prophet recited this verse, “Those who, if they behave immorally or wrong themselves, they remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins. Who forgives sins besides Allah? And they do not insist on what they have done, while they know better.” (3:135 Quran)

The Root Centre - Virtue of Humility (Week 1)

The Root Centre Represents:

The primal, survival instinct, groundedness, sturdiness,
security, safety, practical skill, stress management & physical/mental endurance.

Sin (what harms this centre): Pride / Vanity/ Arrogance

To ignore, deflect, & resist higher guidance, Worship of Ego, selective hearing, dogma, control issues, attachment to conditioning, narrow mindedness and inability to expand perspective, impaired connection to spirit

Virtue (what heals this centre): Humility

Acceptance and embracing the opportunity for growth means accepting where we are in our growth, humility and humbleness opens our minds to new information and direction from the spirit that allows us to flourish with the escape and expansion of our control/comfort zone.

“The proud will not enter paradise, nor a violent speaker.” Prophet Mohamed

“Truly God instructs me to be humble and lowly and not proud, and no one should oppress others.” Prophet Mohamed

The Messenger of God (peace be upon him) used to seek refuge (with God) from four things: From knowledge that is of no benefit, from a heart that does not feel humble, from a supplication that is not heard, and a soul that is never satisfied. Prophet Mohamed

“Practice humility until no one oppresses or belittles another.”

Prophet Mohamed

“Prayer is the key to every good.”

Prophet Mohamed

“All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over black nor a black has any superiority over white except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not, therefore, do injustice to yourselves.”

Prophet Mohamed

“Islam is clean, so cleanse yourselves, for only the cleansed shall enter paradise.”

Prophet Mohamed

Anas reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Were you not to sin, I would fear for you what is even worse: vanity.”

Prophet Mohamed

“O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the accursed Satan, his madness, his pride, and his poetry.”

Prophet Mohamed

“The arrogant and the tyrants will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection as tiny particles. The people will trample upon them due to their disgrace before Allah Almighty.”

Prophet Mohamed

“Verily, every prayer makes the sins before you fall away.”

Prophet Mohamed

“Verily, the Muslim prays while his sins hang over his head. Every time he prostrates, some of them fall down. When he finishes his prayer, his sins will have fallen away.”

Prophet Mohamed

“The five prayers expiate the sins between them. You see that if there were five rivers between a working man’s house and his place of work, he would depart for work as much as Allah willed and he would be covered in dirt or grime. Every time he passed by a river it would cleanse him from that filth. Likewise, each time he commits a sin or as much as Allah willed, then he prayed for forgiveness, he would be forgiven just as he had been before it.”

Prophet Mohamed

“Whoever performs ablution and prayer as he has been commanded, he will be forgiven for his previous deeds.”

Prophet Mohamed

Whoever perfects his ablution as Allah Almighty has commanded him, the prescribed prayers will be an expiation for what occurs between them.”

Prophet Mohamed

“Shall I not tell you of that by which Allah expiates your sins and increases your good deeds?” They said, “Of course, O Messenger of Allah.” The Prophet said, “Thorough ablution despite difficulty, taking many steps to the mosque, and waiting for one prayer after another.”

Prophet Mohamed

Uthman ibn Affan reported: I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, call for water and perform ablution, then he laughed. The Prophet said, “Will you not ask me what made me laugh?” They said, “What made you laugh, O Messenger of Allah?” The Prophet said, “Verily, when the servant performs ablution and washes his face, Allah removes every sin he committed with his face. Likewise, when he washes his arms, wipes his head, and cleanses his feet.

Abdullah ibn Salaam, may Allah be pleased with him, passed by the market carrying bundles of firewood. It was said to him, “What makes you do this? Allah does not need you to do this.” Abdullah said, “I want to be purged of arrogance. I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: One will not enter Paradise with the weight of a seed of arrogance in his heart.

O Suraqah, shall I tell you about the people of Paradise and Hellfire?” Suraqah said, “Of course, O Messenger of Allah.” The Prophet said, “As for the people of Hellfire, it is every hard-hearted, cruel, and arrogant person. As for the people of Paradise, they are the meek and oppressed.”

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “He is not arrogant who eats with his servants, rides a donkey in the market, tends to his sheep and milks them.”

The Sacral Centre - Virtue of Charity (Week 2)

The Sacral Centre Represents:

Nurturing, Family, Herd and Collective Intelligence, Sexuality and intimacy, pleasure, and procreation. It is also the connection to the ancestors and family (both in genetics and spirit) that relates to purpose and lineage.

Sin (what harms this centre): Greed (بخل)

Obsession with power, the desire to have and withhold, exploitation of truth and knowledge for excessive material and ego-centric gain, abuse of personal and spiritual advantages.

Virtue (what heals this centre): Charity / Generosity (كرم)

We must learn that status and material is not a measure of value, charity in the form of service and gift-giving are expressions of a love language and give a greater sense of understanding, true prosperity, and fulfillment (more so than simple acquisition ever will).

“None of you truly believes until [you wish] for [your] brother what [you] wish for [yourself].” Prophet Muhammad ﷺ And according to even the rather conservative medieval Muslim scholar, Imam al-Nawawi, this refers to all of humanity and not just Muslims.

“A kind word is charity.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“The most virtuous behavior is to engage those who sever relations, to give to those who withhold from you, and to forgive those who wrong you.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“When a person dies, his deeds die with him, except for three: charitable endowments, beneficial knowledge, and righteous children who supplicate on his behalf.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“Charity does not decrease wealth.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“There is no believer who plants a tree or sows a field, and a human, bird, or an animal eats from it, but it shall be reckoned as charity from him.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“The one who looks after and works for a widow and for a poor person, is like a warrior fighting for God’s Cause or like a person who fasts during the day and prays all the night.” Prophet Mohamed

“The worst evil within a man is his restless greed and his utmost cowardice.” Prophet Mohamed

“Whoever accumulates unlawful wealth and then gives it in charity, he will never be rewarded and the burden of sin will be upon him.” Prophet Mohamed

‘Awf ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, came to us in the mosque and he had a staff in his hand. A man among us had hung a bundle of brittle dates, so the Prophet started striking that bundle with his staff and he said, “If he wished he could have given better charity than this. Verily, the one who gave this in charity will eat brittle dates on the Day of Resurrection.”

Prophet Mohamed

“Whoever hoards food is a sinner.

Prophet Mohamed

“Shall I not tell you of the best of people? A man who clutches the reins of his horse in the way of Allah. Shall I not tell of the best after him? A man who withdraws with his flocks to fulfill the right of Allah therein. Shall I not tell you of the worst of people? A man who is asked by Allah and does not give in charity for His sake.”

Prophet Mohamed

Abdullah ibn Amr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Beware of greed, for it was only greed that destroyed those before you. It commanded them to be miserly and they did so. It commanded them to sever their family ties and they did so. It commanded them to behave wickedly and they did so.”

“What disease is more harmful than miserliness?” Prophet Mohamed

The Solar Plexus Centre - Virtue of Chastity العفة (Week 3)

The Solar Plexus Centre Represents

Willpower, the energy center of influence, adaptability, versatility, determination, potency, and strength behind our energy as it is projected into creation & manifestation. The center of courage and readiness to take the right action and overcome obstacles/adversity.

Sin (what harms this centre): Lust/ whims هوى

Escapism, thrill-seeking that gambles with the affairs of others, poor impulse control, self-sabotage, dependence on high stakes and drama, obsession or refusal of sexuality. Lust itself is more about the attachment to desire and the need for highs in all affairs. It is a warning, and a habit of getting lost in the pursuit of thrill with no substance, and the caution against becoming unconsciously addicted to transient and transitory exchanges.

Virtue (what heals this centre): Chastity / Restraint (عفة) (not to be confused with abstinence)

Chastity is often seen as consistent and ongoing self-denial or virgin-hood which is actually a connotation brought from its induction into the sin/grace system. Chastity itself is not about a lifestyle or life long commitment of any kind. Chastity itself originally referred to the restrain in the interest of cleansing and clearing. In essence, chastity is the choice to fast periodically to purify oneself. Restraint is important to build healthy habits whether it's a relationship with food, sex, or even technology.

The virtue of chastity teaches us about the need to periodically withdraw from habitual and compulsive behavioral patterns and re-center and reprogram our reward centers and re-align us with spirit.

It is, of course, natural to seek pleasure and to pursue - actively - that which one perceives to be good and satisfying. Even those who give to the needy might do so, at least in part, because it gives them pleasure knowing they are helping others.

Test the orphans until they reach the age of marriage, and then if you find them mature of mind hand over to them their property, and do not eat it up by either spending extravagantly or in haste, fearing that they would grow up (and claim it). If the guardian of the orphan is rich let him restrain entirely (from his ward's property); and if he is poor, let him partake of it in a fair measure. When you hand over their property to them let there be witnesses on their behalf. Allah is sufficient to take account (of your deeds) (Nisa:6)

And let those who do not have the means to marry, restrain themselves until Allah enriches them out of His bounty. Sura 24:33

[Give] to those needy who are wholly occupied in God’s way and cannot travel in the land [for trade]. The unknowing might think them rich because of their self-restraint, but you will recognize them by their characteristic of not begging persistently. God is well aware of any good you give. (Sura 2:273)

"There are three for whom it is a right upon Allah to help him: The Mujahid in the cause of Allah, the Mukatab who intends to fulfill (the Kitabah), and the one getting married who intends chastity (from adultery)." Prophet Mohamed

“Do good to your parent your progeny will do good to you. Be chaste yourselves. Your women will remain chaste” Prophet Mohamed

“Fast and flourish.” Prophet Mohamed

“Should you wish to act, ponder well the consequences. If good, carry on; if not, desist.” Prophet Mohamed

“O my God, grant me the love of You and love of those who love You and love of whatever brings me closer to You. Make the love of You dearer to me than cool water!” Prophet Mohamed

“O young men of Quraysh, do not commit adultery and guard your chastity. No doubt, whoever guards his chastity will certainly enter Paradise.”  Prophet Mohamed

“He is not a believer who spends the night satiated while the neighbor to his side is hungry.” Prophet Mohamed

Ibn Ghanam reported: Shaddad ibn Aws, may Allah be pleased with him, said, “Verily, what I fear most for you people is what I heard from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, of hidden lusts and idolatry.” ‘Ubadah ibn al-Samit and Abu Darda said, “May Allah forgive! Did not the Prophet narrate to us that Satan has given up being worshiped on the Arabian Peninsula? As for hidden lusts, we understand them to be the lusts of the world, of its women and its cravings. What is this idolatry you fear for us, O Shaddad?” Shaddad said, “I think if you saw a man praying to be seen by another man, or fasting or giving charity for his sake, do you not see that he has committed an act of idolatry?” They said, “Yes. By Allah, whoever prays to be seen by a man, or fasts or gives in charity for his sake, he has committed an act of idolatry.”

In another narration, it was said, “What is hidden lust?” Shaddad said, “It is that one of you wakes up in the morning to fast, then he is exposed to a lust among the lusts of the world and he breaks his fast.”

Abdullah ibn Zayd reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, what I fear most for you after me is ostentation and hidden lusts,” meaning adultery.

Ibn Abbas reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Three deeds are destructive vices: greed that is obeyed, whims that are followed, and everyone impressed by their own opinion.

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Three deeds are salvific virtues and three are destructive vices. As for salvific virtues, they are fear of Allah in public and private, a word of truth in pleasure or displeasure, and moderation in wealth or poverty. As for destructive vices, they are whims that are followed, greed that is obeyed, and a man being impressed with himself, which is the worst of them.”

Abdur Rahman ibn Awf reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Satan, whom Allah has cursed, said: The owner of wealth will never be safe from me by one of three ways. I come to him with them and leave with them: His taking of wealth without permission, his spending it without right, and my making it so beloved to him that he obstructs its rightful use.”

Abu Barzah reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, among what I fear most for you are seductive temptations in your stomachs and passions, and the misguidance of whims.”

Call To Action

The Heart Centre - Virtue of Compassionate Mercy & Non-Harm (Week 4)

The Heart Centre Represents

  • Emotionality, relationships, connection & self-love, and the unity of higher and lower energies in the physical form.
  • The connective unconditional love with spirit and earth.
  • Reciprocating exchanges of energy with the divine in physical form.

Sin (what harms this centre): Wrath / Anger (غضب)

Outwardly destructive behavior with words and action, deception, abuse, inability to be conscious of emotional shifts, inability to manage temper, belligerence, self-righteousness, preoccupation with negative reinforcement.

Virtue (what balances this centre): Patience (صبر)

Where anger blinds and deafens, Patience heightens the senses. With Patience, we see more dimensions of any given situation and deliver faster and more effective solutions to problems and obstacles. Patience teaches us to bend, as oppose to snap. Remember, manifestation is equally active and passive. Whether it is bubbling on the inside or erupting without, it is still playing a part in what manifests in that experience.

“Should you become eager to mention another’s faults, recall your own.” Prophet Mohamed

“When Allah loves a servant he tests him.” Prophet Mohamed

“God veils the faults of anyone who suppresses his anger.” Prophet Mohamed

“Be in this world as though you were a stranger or a wayfarer.” Prophet Mohamed

“It is enough sin for a man to get angry when he is told to fear Allah.” Prophet Mohamed

Humayd ibn Abdur Rahman reported: A man said, “O Messenger of Allah, instruct me.” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Do not be angry.” The man said, “I thought about what the Prophet said and it occurred to me that anger gives rise to every evil.”

Prophet Mohamed

“Grudges are malice, enmity, and hatred. Indeed, they are among the great sins, so let them fall away from your hearts and purify your hearts from them.” Prophet Mohamed

Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever restricts his tongue, Allah will cover his faults. Whoever restrains his anger, Allah will restrain his punishment on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever apologizes to Allah, Allah Almighty will accept his apology.”

“Tribulation will be exposed to the hearts of people like a reed mat woven, stick by stick. Any heart afflicted by them will have a black mark put into it, but any heart that rejects them will have a white mark put into it. Thus, there will be two kinds of hearts: one is pure like a white gemstone; it will not be harmed by any trial as long as the heavens and earth endure. The other is black and dusty like a worn-out vessel, neither acknowledging good nor rejecting evil, rather absorbed in its desires.”  Prophet Mohamed

Anas ibn Malik reported: A man came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, with the killer of his relative. The Prophet said, Pardon him,” but the man refused. The Prophet said, “Take the blood money,” but the man refused. The Prophet said, “Go and kill him, for you are like him.” Someone met with the man and told him that the Messenger of Allah said, “Kill him, for you are like him.” Thus, the man let him go.

The Throat Centre - Virtue of Temperance (Week 5)

The Throat Centre Represents:

Communication and comprehension, the sending of intention forth into being through words and expression of art. The capacity to articulate oneself and dictate preferential reality.

Sin (what harms this centre): Gluttony (طمع) / Excess

Overindulgence, physical or emotional hoarding, preoccupation with prevention and preparation, feeling a “void” to fill with food and/or extreme self-imposed limitations, ungroundedness and lack of survival skills lead to excessive behavior & victim-hood.

Virtue (what heals this centre): Temperance / Contentment (القَنَاعَة)

Temperance is all about moderation and self-restraint. This is not to be confused with self-denial. Temperance is very much the understanding of observing and maintaining conscious control of baser emotions that may prompt us to take excessive action to behave from a place of woundedness, defensiveness, and fear.

“Consider well contentment, for it is a treasure without end.” Prophet Mohamed

“Allah does not like for you to waste wealth, nor ask many unnecessary questions, nor spread gossip.”  Prophet Mohamed

“He only eats if he is fed! He only moves if he is made to move!” The Prophet said, “You have backbitten him.” They said, “We only said what is true about him.” The Prophet said, “It is enough sin to mention bad things about your brother.” Prophet Mohamed

Aisha reported: I said to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, “Such is enough for Safiyyah,” making fun of her short stature. The Prophet said, “You have said a word that would pollute the water of the sea if mixed with it.

Whoever has three traits is a hypocrite, even if he fasts, prays, goes to Hajj and Umrah, and claims to be a Muslim. When he speaks, he lies. When he promises, he breaks it. When he is trusted, he betrays it.” Prophet Mohamed

“The best servants of Allah are those who remind you of Allah when they are seen. The worst servants of Allah are those who carry gossip, separating between loved ones and seeking misery for the innocent.” Prophet Mohamed

“When a curse is uttered, it is directed to the one for whom it was uttered. If it finds a path and a way, it is allowed to proceed. Otherwise, it returns to its Lord and it says: O Lord, such a person directed me to another but I did not find a way and a path, so what do you command? Allah will say: Return from where you came.” Prophet Mohamed

Abu Huraira reported: A man reviled Abu Bakr while the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was sitting down. That made the Prophet impressed by Abu Bakr and he smiled. Then, Abu Bakr reviled the man with the same words as him and the Prophet became angry and he stood to leave. Abu Bakr went to the Prophet and he said, “O Messenger of Allah, the man reviled me and you were sitting, but when I responded you became angry and stood up.” The Prophet said, “Verily, there was an angel with you responding on your behalf, but Satan appeared when you responded with the same words as him and I will not sit in the presence of Satan.”

Yazid ibn Abi ‘Ubayd reported: Salamah ibn al-Akwa’, may Allah be pleased with him, said, “If we saw a man curse his brother, we considered it as if he had come to a door of mortal sin.”

“O Messenger of Allah, instruct me.” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “I advise you not to be in the habit of cursing.” Prophet Mohamed

Jabir ibn Sulaym reported: I came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and I said, “O Messenger of Allah, we are people of the desert. Teach us something with which Allah will benefit us.” The Prophet said, “Do not belittle any good deed, even pouring your leftovers into another’s cistern, even speaking to your brother while smiling at him. Beware of trailing your garment; it is a form of vanity that Allah does not like. If a man insults you with what he knows about you, do not insult him by what you know about him. Verily, you will have a reward and the penalty is upon the one who said it.

Verily, the most beloved of you and closest to me in the Hereafter are those with the best character. Verily, the most hateful of you to me and furthest from me in the Hereafter are those with the worst character: the boastful, the pompous, and the verbose.” Prophet Mohamed

Al-Harith ibn Hisham reported: He said, “Tell me of a matter I can hold firmly.” The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Control this,” and he pointed to his tongue.

Sufyan ibn Abdullah reported: I said, “O Messenger of Allah, tell me of a matter I can depend upon?” The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Say: My Lord is Allah. Then, remain upright.” I said, “O Messenger of Allah, what do you fear most for me?” The Prophet pointed to his tongue and then he said, “This.”

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, among the worst of major sins is to attack the reputation of a Muslim man without just cause, and among major sins is to insult twice in response to one insult.”

Abu ‘Ubaydah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Fasting is a shield, as long as you do not damage it.

In another narration, the Prophet ﷺ said, “By lying or backbiting.

Mujahid reported: Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, said, “O people, beware of gluttony in eating. Verily, it causes laziness in prayer, it harms the body, it contracts disease, and Allah Almighty detests the fatness of a cleric. Rather, you must be moderate in your provisions, for it is closer to righteousness, further from extravagance, and stronger for the worship of Allah. Verily, a servant is not destroyed unless he prefers his desires over his religion.”

‘Imran ibn Husayn reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The best of you belong to my generation, then those who follow them, then those who follow them. Verily, after you will come deceitful people who cannot be trusted. They will swear oaths without being asked to swear oaths, they will make vows they do not fulfill, and gluttony will prevail among them.

Ja’dah reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saw a man with a large belly. The Prophet pointed to his belly and he said, “If this had been placed elsewhere, it would have been better for you.”

The Basira Centre (3rd Eye) - Virtue of Compassionate Kindness / Non-Harm (Week 6)

The Basira Represents:

The “true sight” and witness of the world, Lower astral psychic and intuitive ability, the potential to receive and perceive complex and vivid energy forms.

Sin (what harms this centre): Envy حسد

Lack or loss of empathy, resentment of others’ happiness, judgmental-ism, damaged self-esteem, inability to sympathize, connect, or trust, denial or refusal of fairness and equality, projects old issues onto new people and situations

Virtue (what heals this centre):

Compassion /  Kindness (سرور و عطف)

To be able to feel another and have love for their happiness is the ultimate joy. Their love is your love and vice versa. To have compassion and happiness for another helps us to vibrate and emit that within our own personal sphere of energetic space. It is the bearer of emotional availability, which is an essential element in the manifestation and attraction of any experience.

"There has certainly come to you a Messenger from among yourselves. Grievous to him is what you suffer; [he is] concerned over you and to the believers is kind (Ra'uf) and merciful (Rahim) ." (Holy Quran 9:128)

Here God Almighty is describing the Prophet's (PBUH) Character as someone kind and merciful and full of empathy and concern towards others.

Kindness has power. Kind words and gestures offer potent healing and such acts go a long way. It is the absence of cruelty, intentional hurtfulness, and ill will that is referred to as Compassion.

Being kind involves being compassionate towards others physically, mentally, and verbally. Mental kindness can be witnessed when you willing and ungrudgingly guide someone with gentleness and patience. Spiritual kindness is manifested when you bless other beings. Blessing serves as a medium for transporting and infusing goodwill into the lives and efforts of others.

You will not enter paradise until you believe, and you will not believe until you love one another. Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

Let me guide you to something in the doing of which you will love one another. Give a greeting to everyone among you. Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“Three practices will keep sincere your brother’s love for you: greeting him when you see him; making room for him in gatherings, and calling him by the most endearing of his names.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“Hearts naturally love those who are kind to them and loath those who are cruel” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“Those most complete in faith are those best in character and kindest to their families.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“He is not one of us who does not show mercy to our young ones and esteem to our elderly.”  Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“Never express joy at your fellow man’s afflictions, for God just might free him of them and afflict you.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“Those who show mercy have God’s mercy shown to them. Have mercy on those here on earth, and those in Heaven will have mercy on you.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“Gentleness never accompanies anything without enhancing it, nor is it ever removed from anything without demeaning it.”  Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“Do not belittle any act of kindness, even that of greeting your brother with a cheerful countenance.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

Damurah ibn Tha’labah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The people will remain upon goodness as long as they do not envy each other.”

“If one of you sees something from his brother, or in himself, or in his wealth which impresses him, then supplicate for him to be blessed in it. Verily, the evil eye of envy is true.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

The Crown Centre - Virtue of Diligence (Week 7)

The connection to the Higher Self, the receiver of insight and spiritual guidance. That which channels universal energy into the physical form. Higher astral psychic and intuitive ability

Sin (what harms this centre): Laziness (كسل)

Undisciplined, Lazy, and unimaginative. Having no desire to take one’s life into their own hands. Deference and denial of personal responsibility. Laziness can also speak to an imbalance in this centree which facilitates an individual being too available to discouragement, fear, and insecurity.

Laziness is a “lack of energy and enthusiasm for doing something that you should not lack energy/enthusiasm for”.

For example, you should not lack energy/enthusiasm to perform your prayers, or to go to work, or to study and improve yourself, but if you do then that’s laziness.

Virtue (what heals this centre): Diligence (الاجتهاد)

The virtue of diligence is the ability to find the power and motivation to see all undertakings through in spite of challenges or discouragement. Diligence is not only commitment, but it is the ability to honor one's experience even if a situation is disheartening because of the obstacles or problems that need solving. Diligence is the beginning of durability and the capacity to find and use one's own power through one's own unique expression.

Believers, why, when it is said to you, ‘Go and fight in God’s way,’ do you feel weighed down to the ground? Do you prefer this world to the life to come? How small the enjoyment of this world is, compared with the life to come! (9:38 Quran)

The only thing that prevents what they give from being accepted is the fact that they defy God and His Messenger, perform the prayer only lazily, and give only grudgingly. (9:54 Quran)

The hypocrites try to deceive God, but it is He who causes them to be deceived. When they stand up to pray, they do so sluggishly, showing off in front of people, and remember God only a little, (Nisa:142)

Narrated Abu Huraira Allah’s Apostle said, “Satan puts three knots at the back of the head of any of you if he is asleep. On every knot he reads and exhales the following words, ‘The night is long, so stay asleep.’ When one wakes up and remembers Allah, one knot is undone; and when one performs ablution, the second knot is undone, and when one prays the third knot is undone and one gets up energetic with a good heart in the morning; otherwise one gets up lazy and with a mischievous heart.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“Keep God in mind wherever you are; follow a wrong with a right that offsets it; and treat people courteously.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“True spiritual excellence is devotion to God as if you see Him; and though you do not see Him, you at least know that He sees you.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“Consideration is from God, and haste is from the devil.”  Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“I am as My servant thinks I am. I am with him when he makes mention of Me. If he makes mention of Me to himself, I make mention of him to Myself; and if he makes mention of Me in an assembly, I make mention of him in an assembly better than it. And if he draws near to Me a hand’s span, I draw near to him an arm’s length; and if he draws near to Me an arm’s length, I draw near to him a fathom’s length. And if he comes to Me walking, I go to him at speed.”  Allah from Hadith Qudsi (Action is clearly a precursor to God's closeness)

“Pursue knowledge even to China, for its pursuance is the sacred duty of every Muslim.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“Take benefit of five before five:

your youth before your old age,

your health before your sickness,

your wealth before your poverty,

your free-time before you become busy,

and your life before your death.”

Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“The one who looks after and works for a widow and for a poor person is like a warrior fighting for God’s Cause or like a person who fasts during the day and prays all the night.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“No Muslim servant supplicates for his brother behind his back but that the angel says: And for you the same.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“The sun does not rise over any creation of Allah but that it glorifies (zikr) Allah, except for devils and fools among the children of Adam.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“This is the prayer of the hypocrites: He sits watching the sun decline until it is between the two horns of Satan, then he quickly pecks the ground four times while he only remembers Allah for a few moments.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

“Whoever declares the glory of Allah one hundred times a day, his sins will be erased even if they are like the foam of the ocean.” Prophet Mohamed ﷺ

Cosmic Mind Program Schedule

The Cosmic Mind Program essentially 'hacks' the mind to get rid of years of bad and dysfunctional behavior and provide these virtues as the new template of behavior. The Virtues are cemented into the energy field to reprogram the subtle bodies to become aligned with the will of the Higher-self.

Every week for 7 weeks inshallah, we will conduct 1 Intuitive Life Coaching Session, 1 Mi'raj Energy Healing Session, and 1 Alchemy Session.

Moreover, there will be group meetings to discuss themes from the Quran along with a Group Alchemy Session.

Therefore, it is our honor and life mission to provide you the Cosmic Mind Program. The program will last for roughly 21 days whereby your mind will become wider and cleaner.

Ignorance is the root of sin.

During the following 21 days’ time, you will undergo:

7 Intuitive Life Coaching Sessions
7 Mi'raj Energy Healing Sessions
7 Alchemy Sessions

After being empowered with your Cosmic Mind Ascension tool kit, your level of self-awareness will take on new heights.

Similar to the trimester of a pregnancy in the womb, graduating from the Cosmic Heart and Cosmic Mind program will offer you the opportunity to continue your healing journey into the Cosmic Spirit Programs; thus, rebirthing you into a newly conscious being.

It is recommended to complete Mi'raj Healing Level 3 & 4 after the end of the program. These courses are also prerequisites to joining the Cosmic Spirit Program.
